While we do our best to ensure that our products are available, sometimes things may sell out or become temporarily unavailable. We’ll do our best to notify you if an item you’ve ordered isn’t in stock.
All product prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price at the time of your order is the one you'll pay.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the products at the price listed on the website, subject to availability and our acceptance. We’ll confirm your order via email once it's processed.
We accept payments through credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We’ll ship your order to the address you provide, using the delivery method chosen at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you're unhappy with a product, please reach out within 21 days of receiving it, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled only before it’s shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our returns process.

All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and product designs, is the property of Hushie. We kindly ask that you don’t use our material without permission, as we’ve worked hard to create something we’re proud of.
