Shipping Policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only, and we offer free nationwide shipping on all orders over $50 NZD.

If you live overseas and are interested in Hushie products, please feel free to get in touch — we’re always open to having a chat about how we might make it work for you.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email (and text if you’ve provided your mobile number) once your parcel is on its way.

Please note: delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, courier disruptions, or unexpected events — we’ll do our best to keep you updated if that happens.

Pre-orders & Backorders

If you’ve ordered an item that is pre-ordered or temporarily out of stock, we’ll send out the available items first and follow up with the remaining items as soon as they arrive.

Don’t worry if your order arrives in more than one parcel — we’re simply making sure you receive what we can, as soon as possible.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If you spot a mistake after checkout, email us right away at support@hushie.co.nz.
Once your order has been processed, it may be too late to make changes — but we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Shipping Issues

We follow the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which means:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll sort it out promptly.
We’re happy to help with exchanges or refunds where the law applies — please visit our Returns Policy for more details.

Return shipping may be at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

Double-check with household members or neighbours.
Contact the delivery company directly using your tracking info.
