Are your products safe for babies?

Yes, absolutely. Every Hushie balm is carefully formulated using child-safe essential oils and natural ingredients. We avoid harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and anything we wouldn’t use on our own babies.

 

Are Hushie proudcts considered medicine?

No, Hushie products are not classified as medicine. They are natural, plant-based products designed to gently soothe and support your little one's comfort. While we use ingredients traditionally known for their calming properties, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. If you have any concerns about your baby's health or symptoms, it's always best to consult your GP, midwife, or healthcare provider.

 

Are your products medicines?

Our balms are suitable from 6 months and up, unless otherwise stated. If you're ever unsure, we recommend doing a small patch test first or checking with your trusted health professional.

 

How do I apply the balm?

Each product comes with clear, gentle instructions on the label. For example, the Teething Balm is applied along the outside of the jawline — not directly in the mouth. A little goes a long way.

 

Do the balms contain any preservatives or artificial fragrances?

Nope — never. Our balms are 100% natural, with no synthetic additives, parabens, or hidden nasties. Just plant-based goodness, made fresh in small batches.

 

How should I store the balms?

Keep your balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we don’t use preservatives, we recommend using your balm within 12 months of opening.

 

Do you test on animals?

Never. Hushie is proudly cruelty-free, and always will be.

 

Where do you ship?
