Returns & Exchanges

Because sometimes things just don't work out — and that's okay.

At Hushie, we understand that every mum and baby is unique, and sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. We're here to make returns and exchanges as simple and stress-free as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Timeframe: You are welcome to return an eligible item for a refund to the original payment method within 21 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition, including all packaging.
  • Process: Please contact us at hello@hushie.co.nz to initiate a return. We'll provide you with the necessary details to proceed.
  • Shipping Costs: For purchases made online, the cost to return the item to us will be at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Process: If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at hello@hushie.co.nz. We'll guide you through the exchange process.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Our Commitment: In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@hushie.co.nz. Do not use the item.
  • Resolution: We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Additional Information

  • Processing Time: All refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the product is received by us in saleable condition, within 7 business days.
  • Final Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
